Ingredients: Red Rice 35%, Spelt 26%; Barley 23%, Green Lentils 11%, Olive Oil, Salt.

Preparation Instructions:

Microwave: Open the pack and heat it directly in microwave for 60 seconds.

Pan: Pour the contents into a pan with 4 tbsp of water and heat for 4 minutes on low heat.

Salad: Shell the product and enjoy it cold as a salad.
Before serving:

Suggested to season with extra virgin olive oil.
