Three origins. One considered blend. Harboryam brings together handpicked, 100% Arabica beans from Peru, Colombia and Brazil for a full-bodied, aromatic coffee. A 1kg bag of whole beans, ready to grind for your daily ritual.

Origin

Beans from the eastern slopes of the Peruvian Andes meet those from Colombia’s Triángulo del Café and the hills of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Each origin contributes its character to the finished blend.

Roast & character

Medium roast. Intensity 6/10. Full body and a distinctive aroma are at the heart of this blend.

Find your brew

Use these recipes as starting points, adjusting the grind and ratio to suit your equipment and taste.

• Espresso: Start with 18g of finely ground coffee for 36g in the cup, extracted in around 25–30 seconds.
• Moka pot: Fill the basket level with medium-fine grounds without tamping. Brew gently over low heat.
• Cafetière: Use 15g of coarsely ground coffee per 250ml of water just off the boil. Steep for around four minutes before plunging gently.
• Pour-over: Start with 15g of medium-ground coffee per 250ml of water at around 93°C. Bloom for 30–45 seconds, then pour steadily, aiming for a total brew time of around three minutes.

Keep the aroma

Grind only what you need, just before brewing. Once opened, keep the beans in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.
