AMATRICIANA (with 18% Guanciale) 180g
A rich and flavoursome Italian tomato sauce made with 18% Cinta Senese PDO pork cheek (guanciale). Combining ripe Italian tomatoes with extra virgin olive oil, wine, garlic and a touch of chilli, this is a wonderfully savoury sauce inspired by the bold flavours of traditional Tuscan cooking.
Perfect served with spaghetti, bucatini, rigatoni or other pasta. Heat gently in a pan, adding a little pasta cooking water if required, then stir through freshly cooked pasta and serve.

Tomato pulp, tomato passata, Cinta Senese PDO pork cheek 18% (Cinta Senese PDO pork, salt, pepper, dextrose, sucrose, antioxidant: E300 ascorbic acid, preservatives: E252 potassium nitrate, E250 sodium nitrite, natural flavourings), double concentrated tomato paste, extra virgin olive oil, wine, salt, garlic, chilli pepper.
