A rich and indulgent Italian cream made with 6% white truffle, combined with cream, butter and Grana Padano cheese. Smooth, aromatic and intensely savoury, it delivers the unmistakable flavour of white truffle in an easy-to-use sauce.
Perfect stirred through tagliatelle, pappardelle, risotto or gnocchi, or gently warmed and served over steak, chicken, potatoes or toasted bread.
Ingredients:
Cream, butter, truffle juice, olive oil, Grana Padano (milk, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme (egg protein)), white truffles (Tuber albidum 4%, Tuber magnatum Pico 2%), corn starch, sodium citrate, salt, pepper, flavourings, emulsifiers: E472e, E471, xanthan gum.
