A rich and aromatic Italian condiment combining Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP with the distinctive flavour of truffle. Sweet, tangy and deeply savoury, it adds an elegant finishing touch to both traditional Italian dishes and contemporary recipes.
Perfect drizzled over aged cheeses, grilled meats, roasted vegetables, salads or risotto. It can also be used to finish bruschetta or add depth to sauces and marinades.
