Hare Meat Sauce 180g
A rich and traditional Italian game ragù made with 60% hare meat and 10% beef. Deep, savoury and full-bodied, this premium sauce delivers the distinctive flavour of hare in a beautifully rustic recipe inspired by classic Italian cooking.
Perfect served with pappardelle, tagliatelle or other broad pasta. Heat gently in a pan, adding a little pasta cooking water if required, then stir through freshly cooked pasta and serve.
Ingredients:
Hare meat 60%, beef 10%, tomato pulp, double concentrated tomato paste, extra virgin olive oil, wine, vegetables (onion, carrot, celery), salt, garlic, pepper, bay leaves.
