A rich and flavoursome Italian ragù made with 60% duck meat and 10% beef. Full-bodied and deeply savoury, this traditional sauce offers a deliciously distinctive alternative to classic meat ragù and is perfect for creating a comforting Italian meal.
Perfect served with pappardelle, tagliatelle or other broad pasta. Heat gently in a pan, adding a little pasta cooking water if required, then stir through freshly cooked pasta and serve.

Duck meat 60%, beef 10%, tomato pulp, double concentrated tomato paste, extra virgin olive oil, wine, vegetables (onion, carrot, celery), salt, garlic, pepper.
