A rich and savoury Italian pâté made with 67% chicken liver, enhanced with beef, capers, wine, anchovy and aromatic herbs. Smooth, deeply flavoured and wonderfully traditional, it is an ideal addition to an Italian antipasti selection or a rustic starter.
Perfect spread generously over warm crostini, toasted rustic bread or bruschetta. Gently warm before serving for the best flavour and texture.
Ingredients:
Chicken liver 67%, beef, sunflower seed oil, onion, capers, white wine, water, fortified wine, anchovy paste (anchovies, salt, extra virgin olive oil), garlic, natural flavouring (contains celery), sugar, salt, sage, black pepper.
