A rich and robust Italian game ragù made with 45% wild boar meat, complemented by beef, pork, tomato and extra virgin olive oil. Deep, savoury and full-bodied, this traditional sauce brings the distinctive flavours of rustic Italian cooking to the table.
Perfect served with pappardelle, tagliatelle or other broad pasta. Heat gently in a pan, adding a little pasta cooking water if required, then stir through freshly cooked pasta and serve.

Wild boar meat 45%, beef, pork meat, tomato pulp, double concentrated tomato paste, extra virgin olive oil, wine, vegetables (carrot, onion, celery), salt, garlic, pepper, bay leaves.
