Roe Deer Meat Sauce 60% 180g
A rich and full-bodied Italian game ragù made with 60% roe deer meat and 10% beef. Deep, savoury and wonderfully robust, this traditional sauce brings the distinctive flavours of Italian game cooking straight to your table.
Perfect served with pappardelle, tagliatelle or other broad pasta. Heat gently in a pan, adding a little pasta cooking water if required, then stir through freshly cooked pasta and serve.
Ingredients:
Roe deer meat 60%, beef 10%, tomato pulp, double concentrated tomato paste, extra virgin olive oil, wine, vegetables (onion, carrot, celery), salt, garlic, pepper, bay leaves.
