Beef & Porcini Mushroom Sauce – 180g
A rich and savoury Italian ragù made with 33% beef and 18% mixed mushrooms, including porcini, champignon, shiitake, pleurotus, nameko and luteus mushrooms. Full-bodied and earthy, this traditional sauce combines tender beef with the distinctive woodland flavours of mushrooms for a beautifully comforting Italian dish.
Perfect served with pappardelle, tagliatelle or other broad pasta. Heat gently in a pan, adding a little pasta cooking water if required, then stir through freshly cooked pasta and serve.
Ingredients:
Beef 33%, tomato pulp, mushrooms 18% (champignon [Agaricus bisporus], pleurotus [Pleurotus ostreatus], shiitake [Lentinula edodes], nameko [Kuehneromyces mutabilis], luteus [Suillus luteus], porcini [Boletus edulis and related group] 7% of finished product), double concentrated tomato paste, extra virgin olive oil, wine, vegetables (onion, carrot, celery), salt, garlic, parsley, pepper.
